Is Anderson Silva The Floyd Mayweather Of MMA?
There are many talented fighters in both boxing and Mixed Martial Arts but the truly great fighters are diamonds in the rough. When most people think about the pugilistic sport of boxing there are a few names that all people are familiar with. Those names are often Ali, Tyson, Holyfield, and De La Hoya but without question Floyd "Money" Mayweather is on the hunt to be considered the greatest of all time.
On the other end of combat sports Anderson Silva has elevated himself from being less known by US fans to UFC poster boy and Middleweight champion. Anderson in recent years has shown us that he is out to show that he is the best of all time and willing to fight against the best of the world. When Silva is at his best he shows speed, precision, aggression, devastating knees and knockout ability.
When we speak about the best fighters in either sport it is all about who you test yourself against. In both cases with Mayweather and Silva they have tested themselves against the best in both sports. On Mayweather's side he has faced notable opponents such as: Jose Luis Castillo, Arturo "Thunder" Gatti, Zab Judah, Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton, Juan Manuel Marquez and Shane Mosley.
With Anderson he has shut down game opponents such as: Rich Franklin, Forrest Griffin, Dan Henderson, Nate Marquardt, Jeremy Horn, Carlos Newton and James Irvin. Silva has gone on record to say he wants to go down in history as a legend of the sport who is known as the best MMA fighter of all time.
When directly comparing Mayweather to Silva, there are several similarities that can be seen with both fighters. Both fighters seek to be the best in their profession and want to be known as the best fighters in the world.
Anderson and Floyd both have a relentless pace of training as well as the pace that they push in their fights. Fighters who slug it out are often exciting but the true students of the game are precise tactical fighters. Both champions fit into the tactical element of fighting perfectly and show it off against their opponents.
Floyd and Anderson have also shown the unique ability to fight at several different weight classes and remain successful. In both sports changing weight can affect your balance, speed, power and endurance. Few champions in history have mastered this ability but "The Spider" and "Money" have both risen to the challenge.
Anderson has recently been criticized for being too tentative against Thales Leites, Patrick Cote, and Demian Maia. Despite his devastating performances with knockouts and submissions Anderson has been caught showboating and possibly letting fights last longer then they needed to.
Pretty Boy Floyd has also been the focus of criticism due to his overly defensive style of boxing. Fans and critics have called him boring and even sometimes a coward for his style. Floyd has had high profile wins but what fans wish to see is more of a killer instinct.
What is painfully evident with both Mayweather and Silva is the talent, skill, hard work, and dedication to their particular crafts. Cockiness and confidence are commonplace with many top echelon fighters and these two champions are no exception. Floyd shows his cockiness before, during and after his fights. Anderson is more confident mid fight with his colorful antics and movements around his opponents.
Each of these talented men have made their presence known in their combat sports of choice what is left to see is if they will make their marks as legends, icons or simply talented fighters of the moment.

A Quick Explanation Regarding A Court Stenographer
In the event you have actually been in a courtroom at the time of a trial, or if you have ever before watched a show on TV or even some sort of film showing a court proceeding, then, you have most likely noticed a court reporter. Court reporters would be the people that you observe sitting down off to the side of the courtroom, typing or whispering away at a super fast pace. In the event you have previously thought about what precisely the courtroom reporter's duty is, then read more.
A courtroom reporter is a man or women whose occupation is to write out verbal or taped speech directly into printed form, commonly using device shorthand or possibly a voice silencer and an electronic recorder to form standard transcripts associated with court hearings, depositions and also other official procedures.
In a nutshell, the court reporter's responsibility is actually to be able to record every utterance that is spoken in courtroom proceedings. This can include things like real trials as well as hearings in addition to depositions and various other outside of court procedures. You might imagine, it takes a tremendous volume of focus, quickness and also accuracy to become a court reporter. What's more, it demands an amazing degree of mastery of the English dialect. With normal folks in trials at times speaking very rapidly or even speaking over each other, the duty might get quite frantic.
There are two methods of courtroom reporting that happen to be popular. The initial technique, and the most familiar, will involve employing a kind of typewriter known as a stenotype device. Though it may look like a courtroom reporter is keying in on a standard keyboard, stenotype units are instead quite different. Rather then applying individual letters, these devices combine letters straight into "chords" which can be used in its own kind of shorthand. It takes a lot of education to understand stenotype, however, once it is learned it is conceivable to type at rates up to 250 words every minute. At this time, the world record for fastest typing stands with a shocking 350 words per minute.
The other method of courtroom reporting entails having a voice silencer known as a steno mask jointly with an electronic recorder and some variety of voice recognition software package.
All the courtroom reporters need the same fundamental academic classes, in spite of technique. Including legal and also clinical language, commercial law, and a lot of English. The particular capabilities is actually where the techniques diverge. A brand new voice reporting pupil can be real time certifiable well within the 2 year associates diploma time frame, even though, sometimes it could take a lot longer. A pupil normally studies 1-3 hours a day that could contain homework. The voice writing technique of reporting is highly complex, and the particular person who wishes to utilize this method will be able to grasp and make use of Speech Recognition Software as well as Computer Aided Transcribing thoroughly.
It typically will take between two to four years to learn the basic techniques for being a stenotype court reporter. Individuals commonly go to specialized certification classes at private business schools, or perhaps occasionally associates or even 4-year college diploma courses at accredited colleges or universities. Extended distance educating and on the web classes are also available for the two techniques. Following extra on-the-job training and also practical experience, many court reporters then move on to real-time reporting.
Court reporters may also be employed by TV producers and stations so that they can deliver real time closed captioning connected with live shows intended for the hearing-impaired.
If you ever find yourself in need of a court reporter, you can find the top court reporting firm/agency at depodynamics.net
BMW 318i Compact (2001)
In the wake of the M3's thunderous arrival on the motoring scene, it would be easy to overlook the launch of BMW's new Compact, the fifth and last body style developed on the brilliant E46 3-Series platform.
But inside Fortress BMW there's little doubt the 316ti and 318ti hold hallowed ground as two of the most important models in the Munich family.
The reason is the Compact represents entry into what has long been regarded as something of an exclusive motoring club for the well-heeled. The majority of buyers will be first-time BMW owners and, as any good marketer knows, once you've got 'em, you've got a better than even chance of keeping 'em.
You can bet BMW Australia will be especially watchful of its latest addition, given that the previous E36 version never really caught on here, despite being a hit in most other markets where it sold.
Between 1994 and 2000, almost 400,000 E36 Compacts found homes around the world, with almost two-thirds of them going to first-time Bee Emm owners.
Australian buyers will initially have two options - the 316ti or the 318ti. But don't be fooled by the model names, because in a decidedly un-Germanic wild-and-crazy move, the 316 boasts a 1.8-litre four-cylinder, while the 318 sports a 2.0-litre four. Err, right.
Sticklers for sensible motoring nomenclature will be thrilled to note that the range-topping 325ti - due early next year - does indeed boast a 2.5-litre six.
The 2.0-litre four is the first Australian offering with Valvetronic variable valve timing, which helps churn out 105 kW at 6000 rpm and a healthy 200 Nm of torque at a very useable 3500 rpm.
Matched to a slick-shifting five speed manual or optional Steptronic slusher, it needs to be revved to extract optimum performance, but it takes this in its stride with nary a flat spot or a hint of coarseness.
Inside it's pure BMW 3-Series. Indeed, once on the move, it's very hard to differentiate the Compact from its bigger brothers. Which makes sense when you consider they share the same floorpan.
The ride is typical BMW, meaning firm but comfortable, and there's great grip at both ends. The steering offers plenty of feedback and all up it's a very sporting little drive.

How Radar Detectors Are Used Today
A driver is alerted by detecting electromagnetic emissions from a radar gun by using something called a radar detector, these detectors detect transmissions from radar guns from far distances and alerts the driver. One older type of radar detector is based in radio waves and the new types of detectors are based in infrared signals. The older type of detector will not be able to detect the infrared signals which are broad-casted using a LIDAR gun. To detect these type of signals the proper type of radar detector is a LIDAR detector. The detectors based on radio waves will not be of any use if trying to detect infrared signals.
Speeding tickets over the many years has been increasing in many states, in some places it as doubled and tripled, in many areas and locales this has happened because of the economy, the income from taxes has dropped. A radar detector no matter how good it is, it's not fool proof, while driving your automobile the awareness factor needs to be turned way up, look around while driving and pay attention. It has been reported in the United States there are more than 120,000 radar guns being used by many different agencies, some of the agencies are police or some type of law enforcement and they are responsible for 35 million speeding tickets each year.
The less expensive radar detectors are not always the best choice of detectors. Some of the cheaper ones do not monitor all the different band transmissions. When deciding and purchasing a radar detector make sure and review each one to make sure it monitors the all the bands, because many people think they are protected but in reality they are not. As everyone knows, the main reason for radar detectors is to prevent from getting caught and getting a speeding tickets. To avoid tickets do the following, drive slower, or go out and purchase a radar detector.
Radar detectors are improving every day, the technology is getting more advanced as time goes on, the designs are much smaller and compact. Most of the radar detectors are used for, noncommercial motorists, they use them to detect whether the law enforcement officer is monitoring the speed of the car. In some areas radar detectors are prohibited, they are legal in most of the US states, the states that they are not legal in are Virginia and Washington DC.
Each radar detector is different, they range from low prices to the more expensive models, and they also come in different shapes and sizes. The price tags range from low to high so everyone can afford to purchase them. The technology continually gets better as time goes on and the newer ones have the ability to detect all different transmissions
Want to be protected against speeding then get yourself a radar detector. If you really want to play it safe, get a radar detector that is invisible to devices that find radar detectors. Many people and manufacturers may claim otherwise, but almost all people purchase radar detectors for one reason and that is to avoid speeding tickets.

Hyundai Sonata GL V6 2001
The fifth generation Sonata is the clearest indication yet of Hyundai's determination to be taken as a builder of quality automobiles.
Launched in October 2001, the Sonata sports a completely new, bigger body, an impressive range of four and six cylinder engines, and the option of 'Selectronic' sequential gearchanging.
Form the outside you'd be forgiven for mistaking the Sonata with a number of other newly launched cars. The 'ears pinned back' headlight design, while an evolution of the previous generation Sonata, bears an uncanny resemblance to the new Mercedes-Benz C-class. And the rear view, with its sweeping boot crease is reminiscent of the Jaguar S-type - though that car certainly wasn't the first to use such as design cue. Then there's the side aspect...
Perhaps Hyundai's designers came upon the Sonata style independently, perhaps not. Either way, to associate the Sonata with cars from such prestigious brands as Mercedes and Jaguar is certainly a compliment to the mid-sized Korean.
Physically, the Sonata is 37mm longer, 12mm taller and 2mm wider than the car it replaces. According to Hyundai, the only internal gain from this growth is in the boot, which is five percent bigger.
That's not to say the Hyundai's short on useable interior room. Quite the contrary, we found plenty of room inside for four adults, and the boot easily swallowed our monthly shopping load. Ever practical, the Sonata's cabin offers plenty of storage areas for mobile phones, keys, CD covers and sunglasses. Hyundai afficionados will spot the more supportive front seats from the bigger, pricier Grandeur - a definite improvement over the previous ones.
The Sonata's cabin is not short on little luxuries including air conditioning, remote central locking, CD player, cruise control and power windows and mirrors. The steering wheel features controls for the cruise control, as well as a drivers' airbag. A passenger airbag is optional, costing around $2000 with antilock brakes.
We were particularly impressed with the 2.7 litre quad-cam V6 nestled under the Sonata's bonnet, also found on the Santa Fe and Trajet. A claimed 132kiloWatts seems by our reckoning to be understating the matter, the Sonata eagerly attacking the horizon on request. The engine is rev-happy and super responsive to throttle inputs, though the throttle itself is heavy, requiring a firm, commited foot.
The four speed 'Selectronic' automatic gearbox we tested features a slightly taller first gear to limit wheelspin on takeoff and shorten the leap to second. Even so, there's still a sizeable gap between first and second and the gearbox is somewhat reluctant to kickdown when a quick burst of acceleration is needed.
Hyundai has spent money and time improving the automatic gearbox for the Sonata, and it shows in the smooth gearchanges, adding a level of refinement to a gearbox much maligned in previous iterations. The gearbox can be a little slow to respond to upshifts in manual mode, especially under a full throttle.
The overall result from the engine room is a good one with plenty of power on demand. It's not perfect, and there are a couple of minor surges in an otherwise seamless power delivery, though we'd defy you to find a similarly priced V6 to match the Sonata for performance and polish.
Sonata's brakes have been boosted to cope with the extra power, the discs now 5mm thicker to combat brake fade and judder. Hyundai has also fitted Brake Assist to increase brake force during hard braking, and antilock brakes are available as an option package.
Hyundai has also focused on redressing past criticisms of the Sonata's suspension. Handling ability has been improved by widening the rear track and boosting tyres to 15-inch on all models. Ride quality has also benefited from the bigger tyres, but more so from an increased ride height (up 12mm) giving more suspension travel. On top of this, the springs have been retuned for the 86kg heavier new Sonata, and the dampers replaced with high performance German Sachs gas dampers.
Much of the weight increase is the result of improvements in body rigidity and chassis stiffness. This means sharper handling and a substantial reduction in noise and vibration levels on the new Sonata.
The end result is a Sonata reborn, and finally a fitting rival for class-leading Holden Vectra. No longer is Europe the sole source of capable, accomplished, affordable mid-size sedans, and this is testament not only to how far the Sonata has progressed in twelve years, but also to Hyundai itself.

Cheap Car Audio – Purchasing The Right Stuff
You need to "rid of" your factory radio that's boring and useless (unless you love the radio or have 100s of CDs laying around... most are scratched and worthless) and get an aftermarket CD player that gives you many more options when listening to tunes.
Make sure the CD player has RCA outputs in the back. This will allow you to easily connect any amplifiers to it. Also, you may want satellite radio, HD radio, an LCD display that looks cool, ect. There's a lot of options and that's when you get t have fun looking for the ones you want most.
Your next step is looking for speakers. It doesn't matter what car you drive nor how expensive it is. Chances are, the factory speakers are very low quality. Even if you have a "Bose" system, the speakers are not actually Bose, their the car's manufacturers speakers with Bose stickers on them. Find out what size your factory speakers are and buy yourself a decent pair of speakers for the front and rear rated around 50-100 watts RMS each. This will generate 200-400 watts of continuous and lovely mids and highs throughout your vehicle. But only if you have a 4-channel amplifier to power them.
Of course you're looking for bass too. If you want ultra deep bass, you can simply buy a 15" subwoofer. But the more common set-ups include two subwoofers. Your best bet would be to purchase two 12" subwoofers because they hit hard and also deliver really low bass as well. perfect for all kinds of tunes.
Once you've chosen your speakers and subwoofers, it's now time to choose your amplifiers. And yes, you will need two amps. One to power your both pairs of speakers in the front and back and the other to drive your subwoofers. If your speakers handle 50 watts of continuous power, be sure to buy a 4-channel amplifier that delivers 50 watts of continuous power, but no more than 50 watts per channel. Same thing with your subwoofers.
Before you buy your amplifiers, it's a very smart choice to match the watts together. If you buy a mono amp that will generate 1500 watts of RMS power for two subwoofers that handle 300 watts each, your amplifier is simply going to blow, melt or distort your subs. It's going to be the same for your speakers too. Mixing brands does not matter as long as they equally match watts.
The easiest way to shop for car stereo products is by buying cheap car audio products that perform as well as the overly expensive ones. Everyone is always looking for better ways to save more cash on cheap car audio.
Aston Martin V12 Vanquish (2001)
Come to Jim Clark country and you understand how Scotland's greatest racing driver honed his incredible natural skills. In the Borders, the beautiful farming countryside that separates Scotland and England, the roads are divided into two distinct categories. Here, Jim Clark - born into farming but world driving champion in 1963 and 1965 - learned to drive on the hump backed, up and down, straight roads first built by the Romans, and the others that flow through gentle, sweeping curves across a more undulating landscape.
Wider and faster than the hedge-row lanes of southern England, and created long ago, or so it seems, by people who instinctively understood that at some future time, good cars and enthusiast drivers would love this challenging environment. A more perfect location for the driving launch of Aston Martin's new Vanquish is hard to imagine. Except for the speed cameras. One flash and you're safe, two flashes and you're gone. On one 60km stretch on the A68 running north to Edinburgh, 15 cameras keep the locals restrained. Our hosts warned us, but stifling the Vanquish is not an easy matter when all 336kW constantly demand to be unleashed. I expect the fine to arrive any day.
Not far from the Borders, in Dumfries, Ian Callum was born in 1955. By the time he was six, the young Scot was drawing cars and knew, even then, all he wanted to do was design them. This is an important link, because the talented Callum is the man responsible for the marvellous appearance of the Vanquish.
See Vanquish and the now eight-year old DB7 together and you marvel that, though both wear the same design themes and proportions and couldn't be anything but Aston Martins, they could hardly be more different. Callum, now director of design at Jaguar and Aston Martin, has endowed the Vanquish with styling that evokes the feeling of the beautiful Zagato DB4, without ever appearing retro. Where the DB7 is feminine, delicately drawn, flowing softly, the Vanquish is taut, aggressive, its clearly defined wings forcing the glass-house inboard to create rear haunches that visually thrust the car forward.
On the road or at rest, the Vanquish oozes real presence and is a far more coherent and pleasing design than the 550 Maranello Ferrari, the Vanquish's natural front engined/rear drive rival at the top end of the V12 Grand Turismo-meets-sports car class The new model replaces the archaic V8, whose basic construction methods date back to the late '50s DB4. To increase production from around one and a half cars a week to a planned eight cars a week, Newport Pagnell gets a new manufacturing process for a car that combines a bonded aluminium monocoque tub, carbon-fibre transmission tunnel, braided carbon-fibre A-pillars and aluminium panels. Sounds exotic and implies the Vanquish should be comparatively light. It's not.
At 1835kg, the Aston weighs rather more than the conventionally constructed 1690kg 550. But Aston (whose engineers bought a Ferrari as a research tool) reckons the Maranello weighs rather more than the official figure, if not quite as much as the Vanquish. Still, lingering memories of the incredibly heavy-to-drive 1975kg V8 mean the new car's weight is a potential issue. At least until you spend wheel time in the Aston on roads, like these, that demand terrific handling, test body control to the limit, and provoke an appetite for immense performance and braking. The Vanquish delivers on all counts. Far from feeling ponderous, it grows smaller around you and goes remarkably close to deserving the agile tag.
You know, from the moment the red 'engine start' button engages and the V12's forceful warble breaks the silence, that the Vanquish's soul is the engine. Few cars sounds as potent at idle. This initial aural perception inexorably expands as the tacho needle swings to the 7200rpm cut-out. It intensifies as the exhaust by-pass valves open at 4000rpm to reduce back-pressure and liberate even more power.
And what powers the Vanquish is a Stage 2 development of the Cosworth Engineering-supplied 5.9-litre V12, first seen in the DB7. Lighter parts - mostly in the valvetrain, but also the crankshaft and camshafts - mean it's 18kg lighter, while new inlet and exhaust systems produce an extra 27kW and 16Nm of torque. Whatever Aston has done, the result is impressive because the V12 is notably smoother, more responsive and freer revving, its performance prodigious and with a harder edge than the DB7.
Aston claims zero to 100km/h in under 4.7secs, but even that's a misleading measure. This is acceleration that grows in intensity to at least 225km/h (I ran out of road) and on to an official 305km/h. Yet, in the tall 54km/h per 1000rpm sixth gear, it has the refinement to make 200km/h cruising relaxed, effortless.
You change gears by Ferrari-style paddles fixed to the steering column, their alloy arms superbly finished, like so much of the interior, in leather. There is no alternative to the automated six-speed manual, even for the American market. A development of the Magnetti-Marelli system used on the Ferrari 360 Modena, it operates in a similar style: tap the left paddle to down shift, the right to change up. An automatic mode shifts gears for the lazy driver; a sport setting speeds up the changes to a best of 250 milliseconds.
That sounds leisurely by the standards of the 360 Modena (150 milliseconds), and distinctly slow by the BMW M3 SMG's 80 milliseconds, but doesn't drive that way. Learn to momentarily feather the throttle at each shift and it changes beautifully, the understanding becoming part of the driver's discovery process. Downshifts, revs matched by the engine management system, are always fluent.
Aston's chassis engineers, with fine tuning help from Lotus' John Miles and Jaguar's Mike Cross, followed the classic route of double wishbones and coils all round, with but one damper setting. Yokohama, the sole supplier, developed special AVS Sport tyres specifically for the Vanquish. It doesn't let you down, for even on these roads, the driver's confidence builds quickly. This is not an intimidating car, despite its massive performance and 1923mm width, the suspension coping with everything the driver and road can throw at it. The ride is brilliant, supple and absorbing, yet taut and controlled, and more comfortable than the Ferrari, especially at low speeds. You learn that the steering is precise around the straight ahead for quick turn-in, turning less aggressive as lock is applied, the suspension tuning obviously aimed at on-the-limit predictability. Combine this with massive grip and terrific balance and you have a car that, as required, can be submissive, sensationally quick and constantly entertaining.
The interior, contemporary and intelligent, arouses a real sense of occasion that's not blighted by the use of Jaguar components for most of the minor controls. Famously, the Ford Ka air vents were swapped for Volvo vents after former Porsche and Daewoo R&D boss, Ulrich Bez, arrived as Aston Martin CEO in mid-2000. More importantly, Bez insisted the packaging engineers find more interior room for tall drivers. They've been partially successful. At first, the lack of stretching room for my 1.92 metre frame worried me. The deficiency of space remains a major flaw of the DB7. With an all-new car, and one almost 4.7m long, this should never have been a problem.
At the end of a day's driving, it was no longer an issue. Still, I'd like to be able to tilt the rather flat cushion of the Recaro buckets and pull the steering closer to the driver. Not so easily dismissed is the blind spot created by an extremely wide windscreen pillar. It's positioned just off the driver's sight line and on roundabouts, and through tight corners, can obscure other vehicles.
In truth, to claim the Vanquish is the best ever Aston Martin is not saying much and sells it short. This car, so obviously more thoroughly developed than any in Aston's history, is far better than that and a truly worthy competitor for the 550 Maranello. Jim Clark, I know, would approve. If he'd lived, the Vanquish is just the kind of car I imagine a now 65-year old Clark would own. Super quick, understated, relaxed, comfortable, beautifully finished and a pleasure to drive and admire.

Five Ways To Improve Your Search Engine Position
Search engine rankings usually are an important factor to think about when you've got an online website that really needs more visitors. If your website doesn't have a great placement within the search engine rankings then it will likely be hard to find.
Since most people select the first couple of search results, you must make sure that your website will be positioned high enough so that men and women can easily locate it on the 1st page of the search engine results. Although no search engine optimization business can promise a high ranking for your web page permanently, quite often getting a web marketing business will pay off many times over. For anybody doing the work yourself or individuals which want to make certain your Internet marketing company is actually doing a good job, follow this advice for boosting the search engine rankings of your web page.
1. Content
Subject material will be a key point for higher search engine rankings. Just be sure you have plenty of content material throughout your Internet site with your targeted keyword phrases within the articles. It's also really worth the time spent, doing a search for websites similar to your own and studying their particular articles or blog posts for ideas. Keywords and phrases are a key point and they need to be used throughout the subject material of your website.
2. Your Internet Site Web Address
Your sites domain name can help you rank higher with the major search engines if it includes your keywords. Even so, do not think that naming your website with your keywords will always help increase your rankings, you need to do a lot more than only that. But still, it is among the many elements in improving a search engine ranking.
3. Keyword Phrases
Search engine terms should be written out as text, as opposed to images. If you are using photos, make sure to give them alt tags. In case you desire a good position throughout the search engines then these items that might seem small, ought to be considered, because search engines can understand the text but not the artwork.
4. Web Page Title
